Allegiant Private Advisors, our Sarasota-based independent firm that recently surpassed one billion in assets under management, has welcomed three new team members: Administrative Assistant Ali Hays, Paraplanner Tucker Horsley and Senior Operations Specialist Shana Thomas.

Jones, CFP®, AIF®. "We're excited to welcome Ali, Tucker and Shana because they share a finite focus on client success and to ensure we maintain our high staff-to-client ratio." Allegiant's full-time staff of 19 provides fiduciary-level financial planning and investment advisory services through a team approach that considers every angle and delivers comprehensive wealth management.
Working as the firm's administrative assistant, Ali Hayes performs clerical and administrative support functions related to office operations.
She joined Allegiant with more than a decade of experience working in hospitality and financial services with a strong background in customer relations. Today Ali focuses on serving Allegiant's clients, colleagues and community with a focus on concierge-level service. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Western Kentucky University in Communications with a minor in Sales and Marketing.
As a paraplanner on Allegiant's Wealth Management team, Tucker Horsley provides financial planning support and assists with client service.
His key responsibilities include coordination of planning tools, data complication and analysis, report preparation and the management of financial planning software. Tucker also assists with the implementation of workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Financial Planning.
Senior Operations Specialist Shana Thomas brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry to Allegiant.
Today her primary focus is to deliver exceptional client service while exercising her keen eye for efficiency, organization and accuracy in operational processes and procedures. Shana's previous professional experience includes positions as Retail Team Leader/Training Coordinator at Orlando Credit Union and Director of Operations for ePaymentAmerica in addition to Branch Operations Specialist, Client Service Manager and Personal Banker roles at regional and national banks.
